Justin Haley (Starting 28th) – At Atlanta, Justin Haley will once again be the most competitive super low tier performer. Among cars of this tier, the #77 which he pilots has the best Total Speed Ranking at 1.5 mile tracks this year and the best Total Speed Ranking at high tire-wear tracks. Earlier this year in his lone cup Start at Atlanta, Haley finished 30th. This year at 1.5 mile tracks, Haley is 5 for 5 at finishing between 26th to 30th. Cody Ware (Starting 31st) – At Atlanta, Cody Ware likely has low-thirties potential. This year in 4 of the 5 races held at 1.5 mile tracks he’s finished between 30th to 32nd. Quin Houff (Starting 35th) At Atlanta, Quin Houff will likely be a low-thirties driver. Houff has two starts on his resume at this worn out 1.5 mile track and this spring he finished 33rd, last year he finished 32nd. Bayley Currey (Starting 33rd) – Bayley Currey will be making his season debut at Atlanta driving the #15. The #15 is typically piloted by James Davison and is one of the most competitive super low tier cars. That said, I think he’ll finish around the mid 30’s. Garrett Smithley (Starting 37th) – At Atlanta, Garrett Smithley will be a low to mid-thirties driver. This year at 1.5 mile tracks he’s 4 for 4 at finishing between 31st and 34th. The one 1.5 mile track Smithley didn’t compete at this year was Atlanta. At Atlanta, Smithley has two starts under his belt. He finished 35th last year and then 36th in 2019. Josh Bilicki (Starting 30th) Josh Bilicki has two starts at Atlanta on his resume, and both are quite poor. Earlier this year he finished 37th, and last year he finished 34th. This year at 1.5 mile tracks over the five combined races, Bilicki has a 35.8 average finish. That average finish ranks as the worst among drivers who’ll be racing at Atlanta.
