Tier #1 Super Elite

1) Kyle Larson – Kyle Larson easily raced his way to victory lane this spring at Las Vegas, and in 2021 he’s been the class of the field at 1.5 mile tracks. In 3 of the last 4 races held at tracks of this length, Larson has fielded the fastest car on the track (1.5 mile track Total Speed Rankings). The road to victory lane will go thru Larson on Sunday night.

2) Denny Hamlin – In the Playoffs, the #11 team has been showing up with speed and has been a contender to win every race. Last fall at Las Vegas in the Playoffs, the #11 team was subjectively the best and Hamlin had the race in hand until a late caution during the pit cycle. That evening he finished 3rd and led 121 laps. This spring, Hamlin finished 4th and led 47 laps.

3) Kyle Busch – Since the start of the 2020 Playoffs, Kyle Busch has a 4.0 average finish at 1.5 mile tracks. Over the last three races held at tracks of this length he’s come home with results of 1st (Kansas), 2nd (Atlanta #2) and 3rd (Charlotte).
