Big: On lap 87, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was involved in an accident and got a good amount of damage. Landon Cassill got into the wall in front and Stenhouse crashed into him.
During the Stenhouse caution, Erik Jones took two tires and was the first driver off pit road. Cole Custer was the only driver who didn’t pit and this got him the lead.
During the restart following the Stenhouse caution, Joey Logano quickly retook the lead and Custer quickly lost positions on older tires.

Notable: Around lap 147 in Stage #2, green flag pit stops started. It was an extended green flag pit cycle, with only drivers who didn’t think they could make it to the end of the Stage pitting. William Byron and Chase Elliott were among the first drivers to come to pit road. Bowman also came in. Note, I think this really helped Byron in terms of speed stats.
