Atlanta Betting Odds, Picks, Predictions
Once the dust settles after practice and qualifying David (@DR_Tenn) will be by each week to provide his race-day thoughts and best bets. We’re headed to Atlanta Motor Speedway this week and I have mixed feelings about it. I’m generally a fan of watching this pack-style racing that we see at Daytona, Talladega, and now here in Atlanta, but I’m not too fond of it from a betting perspective. We all know the story, right? There’s always the big one and only about half of the field or less will finish on the lead lap. This isn’t exactly a recipe that allows us to have an edge on the books. They weren’t very kind to us with the odds this week anyway, so there’s no need to force it when it’s just not there. I love DFS much more on this track type (#stacktheback), so be sure to check out all of Ryan’s great content this week to help with that.
I’d never suggest you make bets that I don’t make myself, so we’ll be light this week with a couple of quarter-to-half unit plays to give us a little action. We’ll live to fight another day.
