Asterisk Mark Report – Kansas #2 2022
Tyler Reddick – Last year at Kansas, Tyler Reddick was impressive in both races but he also had a pair of asterisk mark results in the 30’s. Last fall, Reddick started on the pole, led 38 laps, but then on lap 65 while leading, Reddick got into the wall hard marking the end of his race leading to his 35th.
Kevin Harvick – Kevin Harvick finished 36th last fall at Kansas, but you can bring out an asterisk mark for that finish. On lap 33 while running in 6th, Harvick slammed into the wall hard which marked the end of his race.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – Ricky Stenhouse Jr. had a rocket last fall at Kansas but he crashed in practice, and then backed it up with another crash in the race leading to his asterisk mark 30th. Last fall, Stenhouse started in the rear of the field, finished 4th in Stage #1 but then in Stage #2 on lap 110 while running in 2nd, Stenhouse had a tire go down and slammed into the wall hard.
