The Low Tier – Chicago

Josh Bilicki – At Chicago, Josh Bilikci will be piloting the #78, which is of course BJ McLeod’s car. On a week-to-week basis, this is the least competitive car on the track. In 2023, Bilicki has piloted this car at both road courses, and he’s managed to claw out results of 26th (COTA) and 30th (Sonoma).

Andy Lally – At Chicago, Andy Lally will be piloting the Rick Ware #51. This isn’t a remotely competitive situation, and just a few weeks back driving for that organization he finished 35th at Sonoma. In his other two Cup starts at road courses in the last decade, Lally has a pair of 39th’s on his resume (COTA 2022 and Indy RC 2021).
