Group A Practice Notes
General Note: Track conditions were slower for Group A.
Tyler Reddick – The #45 had great speed in practice. Tyler Reddick was said to be happy with his car. Reddick’s key focus in practice was getting his timing down for elements of the track. The #45 had the fastest overall average speed in Group A. Among drivers in Group A, Reddick had the best 10-lap average.
Christopher Bell – The #20 had good speed in practice and Bell climbed to the top of the speed charts a few minutes into practice. Bell had the 3rd best average speed in Group A.
Daniel Suarez – Daniel Suarez was happy with his car and the #99 had good speed. His car was said to be a little loose and it needs more front grip to get through the turns on a longer run. Suarez had the 2nd best average speed in Group A.
Kyle Busch – The #8 was one of the fastest cars in Group A. Busch was tight on the right-hand urns and was locking up the front brakes a bit. Busch had the 5th best average speed in Group A.
Chris Buescher – Buescher had the 9th best average speed in Group A. Chris Buescher thinks he has a pretty good car this weekend.
