On lap 108, a green flag pit cycle ensued.
Notable: Kyle Busch was caught speeding on pit road on lap 108. He was in 11th shortly before coming to pit road. Busch got lapped about ten laps later.
Martin Truex Jr. was said to be really happy with his car on lap 111 during green flag pit stops.

Big: On lap 118 a “Big One” ensued. Drivers collected were the 45,19,12,9,43,8,5 and 99. This marked the end of the race for Reddick, Elliott and Jones. Tyler Reddick and Ryan Blaney had a ton of damage, but they were able to continue. Harvick got into the back of Reddick, the #54 then got into Blaney and then the “Big One” ensued.
Chris Buescher was very happy with his car during pit stops following the “Big One” late in Stage #2. He said his car was very stable.
During a post DNF interview, Tyler Reddick was happy with how his car performed. He said it could push really well and make progress thru the pack.
