Prior to the race, Joey Logano said this was the best he unloaded all-year at a high-speed 1.5-mile track.
Joey Logano who started in 2nd in the outside row led the opening lap.
On lap 2, Brad Keselowski who won the pole got the lead and then led the next 31 laps.

Notable: Brad Keselowski got a speeding penalty during the Truex caution. It dropped him from 3rd to the back.

Big: While running in 4th on lap 49, Kyle Busch crashed which marked the end of his race.
Notable: During the Kyle Busch caution, Austin Cindric was shown to be coming to pit road while running around 17th. Cindric was said to have a really bad vibration.
Notable: On lap 55 shortly after a restart, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. who was running around 17th spun which brought out the caution. He didn’t hit anything.

Big: While running in 7th on lap 136, Christopher Bell spun again. Bell had a flat tire and backed his car into the wall. The #20 had a good amount of damage and it marked the end of his race.
Big: During the Bell caution, race leader Harrison Burton had a lengthy pit stop and had a fire in his pit stall. The whole incident cost the #21 team a lap.

Notable: During the Elliott caution while running in 4th, Erik Jones came to pit road and nobody else did. It was an emergency pit stop. He said his car was hard to drive and that it wanted to wreck under caution.
