Chase Briscoe who started in 2nd in the inside lane led the opening 34 laps.

Big: On lap 1, Josh Berry who started 3rd lost control of his car and caused a multi-car accident. Others involved in the carnage were Tyler Reddick, Kyle Busch, Chris Buescher, Alex Bowman and Daniel Suarez. Josh Berry went to the garage; all the other drivers just came to pit road if needed.

Big: During his green flag pit stop in the lap 40’s, Brad Keselowski got penalized for pitting outside his pit box. He had a loose wheel and then pitted in Joey Logano’s pit box. Prior to the pit cycle starting, Keselowski was running in the high 20’s. This dropped him two laps down.

On lap 133 while running in 2nd, Denny Hamlin had some concern about having possible toe damage.

Notable: On lap 134, Alex Bowman was making an extremely early pit stop in Stage #2. He elected not to pit during the Stage caution hoping to catch a lucky break. This dropped him two laps down.

Notable: On lap 152, Carson Hocevar who was running around 19th spun which brought out the caution. Hocevar didn’t hit anything and remained on the lead lap.

Big: During the Hocevar caution, Denny Hamlin who was in 4th had a slow pit stop that dropped him back to 23rd.

Big: On pit road during the Carson Hocevar caution, Christopher Bell and Hocevar had contact. It sent the #77 spinning backwards into his pit box and Bell got nose damage.

Notable: Bubba Wallace had slow pit stop during the Bell caution that dropped him from 5th to 14th.

Big: William Byron had a slow pit stop during the Hocevar caution that dropped him from 10th back into the 20’s.
