Bristol Group 1 Driver Practice Notes

Alex Bowman – Alex Bowman is back and he looked good in the #48. In Group 1, Bowman had the 3rd best 10-lap average and the best 15-lap average. Bowman was mentioned to look loose in the turns. Bowman said his car felt OK and there’s some things they car work on. He’s aiming for a solid top 15 finish this weekend.

Michael McDowell – McDowell had pretty good speed and in Group 1 he ranked 1st for 20,25 and 30-lap averages.

Connor Zilisch – Zilisch started practice with a long run (46 laps). He was mid-pack across many averages. Zilisch was mentioned to be happy with his car.

Noah Gragson – Noah Gragson looked good in practice. He said his car feels pretty good. Gragson had the best 10-lap average and the 2nd best 20-lap average.

Erik Jones – Erik Jones said his car felt good and unloaded good. He also said he was tight, but the speed was alright. He said his short run was good and his long run was OK.
