Today NASCAR announced that the rules for the 2010 Bud Shootout have been changed. Last years rules were meant to highlight the different NASCAR manufacturers. Now the rules are to highlight drivers who have had prior success at Daytona. The new rules for eligibility are…….
1) Top 12 drivers who qualified for the 2009 Chase
2) Past Sprint Cup Champion
3) Past Budweiser Shootout Champion
4) Past Daytona 500 champion or past Coke Zero 400 champion
5) Reigning rookie of the year
The drivers who are eligible for the 2010 Budweiser Shootout are

Why did NASCAR change the rule for the shootout. They said Thursday night during the draw that “the race had to end under a green flag”. What the crap happened to that? NASCAR is really starting to SUCK!!! You never know what you are going to get from them.
