ifantasyrace.com Turns 1 This Week
This Saturday September 11 ifantasyrace.com will be one year old. It’s kinda shocking I know. I thought I started it in October, but I looked it up on the archives page.
The first ever post was a simple proclamation to me, myself and I telling the fantasy racing community that I would be on the “On Pit Row Radio Show” and since then there’s been a total of 332 other posts (No one read my first post LOL)
The concept of ifantasyrace.com is simple. It’s “The Way You Fantasy Race”. I believe fantasy racing doesn’t need to be difficult so I lay it out in the simplest form possible. Probably the only way I could make it easier is if I were to set up a 1-800-fantasynascar-helpline (to many digits so you won’t be seeing this anytime soon).
For people who’ve been checking out ifantasyrace.com from the start what you see now is probably about the 20th different looking theme to the site. I wish I would’ve screen capped what it initially looked like but it’s much better now. There’s been some really goofy one’s along the way. In one theme you could read the text from about ten feet away.
There’s some future concepts coming down the pipeline from ifantasyrace.com headquarters so get your popcorn ready and thank you for continually visiting.
Here’s the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of ifantasyrace.com
The Good: ifantasyrace.com is mobile phone friendly. People in India have better access to mobile phones than they do toilets. Cellphones are revolutionizing the world and if you look around the web for fantasy NASCAR sites you’ll probably not find one that’s better than this one.
The Bad: ifantasyrace.com has been very unsuccessful in getting people to click on the social media buttons. If you like what you see than click away. Be a friend and share.
The Ugly: My journalism attempts. If you see a fine piece of journalism from me there’s probably an agenda behind it. Here’s a look at an early ifantasyrace.com article. It’s about the most recent winner Tony Stewart. It’s called Who’s Tony Stewart’s Next Victim.
