Infineon Toyota / Save Mart 350: Fantasy NASCAR “Front Runner” Rankings
Kevin Harvick – Harvick is a talented driver on all of the different track types, this includes road courses. His best finish at Infineon is a 2nd place finish in 2007. I believe that if he would’ve tried to win that race he could’ve won it. What happened is that he was given information Montoya would run out of gas and so he never pressed hard at the end. Currently Harvick has two consecutive top ten finishes at Sonoma. In these races he has a 6th place average finish and a 12th place average running position. Last season he finished 9th and led 5 laps. Harvick has also been good at Watkins Glen. He won there in 2006 and in the last four races he’s finished 6th, 11th, 34th and 6th. (Yahoo! A List)

Clint Bowyer – Clint Bowyer has been consistently good at Infineon. He’s raced here six times and in half his races he’s finished 4th. His other finishes are 8th, 16th and 31st. Last year Bowyer started 9th and finished 4th. At the other road course (Watkins Glen) he finished 11th. Even though he’s not in an RCR car anymore he should still have a strong performance. This is a “skill track” and the driver behind the wheel is the difference maker. MWR did have success on this track type last season. Martin Truex Jr. scored the 4th most points in the series on road courses, including a 8th place finish at Infineon. (Yahoo! B List)
