Kasey Kahne

What to expect:

Kasey Kahne should be money in the bank in the Bank of America 500. His car is quick and he’s already viewed as one of the garage area favorites. What I really like about Kahne at Charlotte is his ability to adjust lines on the track. That will be pivotal Saturday night. In Happy Hour Kahne was already practicing different lines. Kahne’s car seems to maintain speed good over long runs. His 10 lap average was the 4th best and his average speed rank was 3rd.

Starting Position:

10th

Average Practice Speed Rankings:

3rd

PROS Ranking:

1st

Chassis Selection:

Kasey Kahne is driving a chassis that he finished 3rd with at Michigan earlier this year.

Brad Keselowski

What to expect:

The points leader is starting mid pack but you can never count out Keselowski. He’s been an ace at 1.5 mile tracks. At the last one visited Brad paced the #2 all race long and made his move following the last pit stop. In practice Keselowski focused on long runs. As a fantasy racer you have to like that. In practice today he ran the most laps between the combined practice sessions and still had the 5th best average speed. His 10 lap average in Happy Hour was also the 5th best.

Starting Position:

20th

Average Practice Speed Rankings:

5th

PROS Ranking:

6th

Chassis Selection:

Brad Keselowski is using his Indy chassis in the Bank Of America 500. Typically Indy chassis’s are high downforce cars and are viewed as the best of the best.
