Bristol IRWIN Tools Night Race NASCAR Happy Hour Practice Notes

Kurt Busch – Loves his race car. Likes his balance. Got into the wall with about 20 minutes remaining. Wast fastest when he got into the wall. Supposedly it was just cosmetic damage. Before he wrecked he said it was pretty good.

Clint Bowyer – Wants the 56 teams race setup. Ended practice #1 good. Did practice trim exclusively.

Mark Martin – Biggest problem in practice #1 was his steering box.

Martin Truex Jr. – Practiced in qualifying trim. Wanted more grip in qualifying trim.

Brad Keselowski – Did a 9 lap race run early. Car is on the edge. Started to transition to qualifying trim with about 10 minutes remaining.
