Martin Truex Jr. – Said there is room for improvement with his car. Later he said his front lands to hard. After adjustments he told his team they were headed in the right direction.

Matt Kenseth – Shown good speed +10 laps into a run. Early in practice his speed was faster than other drivers who ran a comparable amount of laps.

David Gilliland – Said his car is pretty tight.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. – Early in practice he said his car was tight. About half way through practice he said his car was pretty good. Likes his balance. It takes about 5 laps before his car gets going.

Jamie McMurray – Tight on entry to the middle. Said his car was hard to drive.
