Fantasy Scouting Report: Bristol (August 2013)

Prerace Notes:
Kyle Busch started in the back of the field after wrecking in qualifying.
Mark Martin drove the 14 in place of an injured Tony Stewart.
Race Notes:
Pole winner Denny Hamlin selected the top line to start the race and led the first 22 laps.
Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s car worked good on the bottom lane early. In just 8 laps he went from 19th to battling for 10th.
Kyle Busch was up to 35th in 15 laps.
Kurt Busch passed Hamlin for the lead on lap 23.
Running order 34 laps into the race …. 78,11,55,20,99,22,56,39,5,43….88,2,29,48,9,34,42,1,15,24 …. 27,38,47,14,10
Ryan Truex got into the wall on lap 41.
During the Ryan Truex caution Keselowski had contact on pit road with David Reutimann. He turned around Reutimann while he was entering his pit stall.
Kurt Busch lost the lead on lap 76 to Carl Edwards. Busch said he had a loose wheel and shortly after that he had an unexpected pit stop. After completing his pit stop he was penalized for speeding on pit road. Busch also had a loose wheel in March while running in 4th and he ended up finishing 4th.
Running order 88 laps into the race …. 99,20,56,24,11,29,88,39,35,31 … 1,22,43,15,5,48
Josh Wise got into the wall on lap 90 and brought out the caution. He had contact with Kurt Busch.
Around lap 100 Kevin Harvick was happy with his car.
Around lap 100 Matt Kenseth was happy with his car.
Carl Edwards liked his car and said it was good in traffic about 100 laps into the race.
Truex Jr.’s car was a little loose around lap 100 but overall it was good.
