I will stay with Hot drivers that also have a good history at Bristol. Harvick IS hot ( the hub failure at Vegas was not driver error}. So are Earnhardt and Keselowski. Kyle Busch is always tough at Bristol as are Edwards, Gordon, Kahne, and Kenseth. I play NASCAR Fantasy LIVE ONLY…..( Can you imagine a Nascar Season where Rick Hendricks announced that Jimmie Johnson wouldn’t be running the Brickyard because he had used up all his Starts? That’s IDIOTIC! and so is the Yahoo Game…IMO) because it most closely resembles a Nascar Season and Race. The strategy I use is to start three top drivers, and two lower budget drivers. My top three at Bristol will be Brad, Jimmie, and Earnhardt with my other two from Allgier, Sorenson, Ragan, Annett, Etc. depending on starting position. That’s my first impulse without the knowledge gained from practices.
Everyone has different fantasy game preferences. Personally my favorite fantasy league is my local one which is setup a lot like fantasy football in the regards it’s player vs player. We also have a few twists built in to keep it really interesting and keep people on their toes.
