Atlanta Oral B USA 500 NASCAR Practice #2 Notes
Clint Bowyer – Early in practice his crew chief told him he was running top three lap times. Had one of the best 15 lap averages.
Paul Menard – After 8 laps he reported he needed better drive off. His team said he ran consistent lap times. Towards the end of practice he reported he’s tight in the middle of turns 1 & 2 but good in 3 & 4.
Ryan Newman – After completing 10 laps he said he was loose in turn 4. Later in practice he said his car was more consistent but too tight in turns 1 and 2. 40 minutes into practice he said his balance was pretty decent.

David Ragan – Said the ride quality of his car is good. He has good grip for a few laps. Then it gets a little tighter and freerer on exit as he runs.
Kevin Harvick – Over his opening 14 lap run he didn’t like his cars balance. Only did one run in the first half of practice. His lap times looked really good.
