Kurt Busch Suspension Update, still suspended
Kurt Busch’s appeal was heard this afternoon and his indefinite suspension has been upheld. A “final” appeal could be heard later tonight.
Regan Smith is a near certainty to drive the #41 on Sunday and fantasy racers should act accordingly.
