Loudon is a 1-mile race track located in Loudon, New Hampshire. Sunday afternoon’s 5-Hour Energy 301 is a relatively quick race on a small, flat track, so you know what that means: track position is very important. What’s interesting with this track is that nobody really finishes inside the top 5 on a consistent basis. Just to prove that, the best average finish among active drivers is Jimmie Johnson’s 10.3. Normally we see that number much lower. Therefore, these rankings may change quite a bit once practice and qualifying is overwith this weekend. Let’s just hope the rain stays away…
