Kansas Hollywood Casino 400 NASCAR Practice #2 Notes

Dale Earnhardt Jr. – “It’s way too tight, it chatters the front.” Also said he’s hitting the splitter. Halfway through practice he said, “So, so tight in 3&4…but in 1&2 I’m barely out of the gas, lovin’ it.” Towards the end of practice he said his car felt pretty good. “Little bit of an improvement.”

Aric Almirola – His car was a little tight at the start of practice. During a later run he was too loose. Yesterday he felt something funny in his steering box but today that issue has been fixed.

Casey Mears – Practiced in his backup car after wrecking in qualifying.
