Jimmie Johnson – Practiced running by himself which is usual at restrictor plate tracks.

Matt Kenseth – Looked pretty sporty leading the bottom line of the draft early in the session.

Joey Logano – Led the draft early. This is his only race practice he’ll do all afternoon. 30 minutes into practice the Penske teammates all worked together in a 3 car pack.

Jeff Gordon – Looked strong leading the draft about 10 minutes into practice. Said his car was dragging a lot of stuff underneath him.

Sam Hornish Jr. – Practiced running by himself. He plans to do no drafting practice today.
