Sprint Unlimited NASCAR Practice #1 Notes
Brad Keselowski – Looked very strong. Led the draft for much of the opening run during group practice. Said his car is fast and is able to get to the front of the pack.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. – Had a very fast car that appeared to handle well over a long run. A few drivers were reportedly unhappy with how aggressive he practiced. Said his car has really good speed.
AJ Allmendinger – Said his car compared to last year with everything feeling OK. He had no vibrations.
Joey Logano – Driving a brand new race chassis. Jamie McMurry thought Logano had a fast car like last year.
Aric Almirola – Paced the field during the opening minutes of practice. His team seemed pleased with his car.
