Talladega Early Week Pre-Practice Top 20 Fantasy Projections – GEICO 500
We’re now 25% through the 2016 Sprint Cup season (wow, that first quarter flew by, huh?) and on to the second restrictor plate race of the season: Talladega. We saw a great finish at Daytona earlier this year, and ‘Dega has produced some great endings in the past as well. There will be many, many fantasy strategies employed this weekend when people make their picks, but one thing is for sure: Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is going to be the most popular pick. He finished 36th back in the Daytona 500, so those who avoided Junior gained some major points, but are you willing to take that chance again? Also, Tony Stewart is slated to start this race, but Ty Dillon will be taking over once we get started. Keep in mind that Tony Stewart will still receive the fantasy points, so don’t be putting Ty on your roster.
