Dale Earnhardt Jr. Health Update

Update: No change lately. Symptoms have plateaued over the last week. Balance/Gaze Stabilization are only issues. Docs preaching patience.

My fantasy spin playing “internet doctor” is that there’s a good chance he likely won’t pilot the #88 at Watkins Glen. Also from a points standpoint it doesn’t make sense for him to return next week because his chance of pointing his way into the Chase are getting slim. He now needs to win to make the playoffs. It would be best for him to just take two more weeks off (Watkins Glen & NASCAR off-week) and return at Bristol if he’s healthy.
