Pocono NASCAR Happy Hour Practice Notes
Kurt Busch – Using the same car that won in June. His team made a nose weight change an hour into practice and his crew chief said it was his most consistent ten lap run. Had good speed.
Paul Menard – He was second on the speed chart 30 minutes into practice. At that time he said, “It fired off really well. But as it ran I got loose into Turn 2. It’s also tight center in all 3 corners.” His crew chief said he had a really good pace.

Kevin Harvick – Carl Edwards radioed his crew chief and said Kevin Harvick’s car is “bad to the bone” and the best car by far. Harvick feels great about his car. Best 5 lap average. Very consistent. Ran a lot of laps which is always a good sign.
Clint Bowyer – His car doesn’t appear to be to his liking this weekend. It was tight. Didn’t have good speed.
