Fantasy NASCAR Asterisk Mark Report – Indianapolis
Brad Keselowski – Brad Keselowski was top ten good last year at Indianapolis but finished an asterisk mark 17th after getting caught up in a wreck with 7 laps to go. Just five laps before he was caught up in a wreck he was running in 7th.
Ryan Newman – Ryan Newman had a solid car last year at Indy but finished a misleading 31st after getting caught up in a wreck with 7 laps to go. Five laps prior to wrecking he was in 15th. Then with 2 laps to go he was involved in another wreck. From the race it should be noted his average running position was 14th.
Trevor Bayne – Trevor Bayne finished a misleading 30th last year at Indy. With two laps to go he was caught up in a wreck. With twelve laps to go prior to all the mass carnage over the last ten laps he was running in 21st.
Jamie McMurray – During the Green-White-Checker at the end of Indianapolis last year Jamie McMurray was caught up a wreck that led to his 19th place result. Just prior to all the madness of the last 10 laps he was looking like a low to mid-teens driver. With 12 laps to go he was running in 14th. His average running position for the race was 12th.
