I cant believe what I just watched, the Top 12 seriously didn’t make it back to the line for any of their laps to count in the final round? These gimmicks of just waiting around on pit road are out of hand, if they do that then they should be ejected. There just needs to be one practice and that is the order they start the race in, if you don’t run laps(post a time) and work on your car, then you don’t qualify for the race. By the end of that practice, we should know who has the “fastest” car anyhow. I would be pissed af and boo’ing too if I was one of those fans that went all the way to the track only to watch the cars sit on pit road and find out that none of the laps counted in the final round.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if NASCAR implements some changes come Texas (Next intermediate track on the schedule). I believe this circumstance of nobody completing a lap previously happened in the Truck Series but I can’t recall where.
