Drivers who tested at Nashville
Earlier this year, NASCAR held a Goodyear tire test at Nashville.
Drivers who participated in the test were Kurt Busch, Christopher Bell and Chase Briscoe.
Some driver quotes following the test…
Kurt Busch – “It’s great to rekindle an old friendship. I haven’t been out here in many years and it hasn’t changed a bit. The concrete is very consistent and I think the track is going to be fun to race on with all the other cars out there and, more importantly, it’s something new and refreshing.” – NashvilleSuperSpeedway.com
Chase Briscoe – “I love racing on concrete. The concrete tracks, there’s a lot more tire wear and it allows for some slipping and sliding. I’m glad there’s another one [on the schedule] now. For our team, coming to a new track, at least we’ll have a general idea on what to do [after the test].” – NashvilleSuperSpeedway.com

would you happen to have any idea as to the average starts and/or finishes to concrete tracks ? maybe driver average speeds or any indications to high light the best drivers on concrete ?

Concrete pre-existing tracks prior to Nashville are just Dover and Bristol. Bristol obviously isn’t relevant. I would just look at Dover in terms of who’s good on concrete tracks.
Also not sure if you’re on Twitter, but here’s a Steve Letarte quote about Nashville …. (Basically kind of like Dover but its unique)
