The Low Tier – Bristol

Cole Custer – At Bristol, Cole Custer will be returning to the Rick Ware Racing #51. Over his last four starts in this ride, Custer has finished between 24th to 28th, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he finishes around that range again. Last year at Bristol in his old ride, Custer had a strong showing and finished 8th.

JJ Yeley – JJ Yeley does a good job at avoiding trouble and if he can dodge it again, I think he’s a mid to high-twenties driver on Saturday. At Bristol, Yeley currently has five straight finishes between 23rd to 30th with his average finish over that stretch being 26.6. Last year, Yeley finished 23rd. In 2021 he finished 27th.

BJ McLeod – At Bristol, BJ McLeod will be returning to competition and as always, you can pencil in the #78 as being the least competitive car on the track. Last year at Bristol when the attrition rate was thru the roof, McLeod finished 9-laps down in 24th. In his four starts prior to that his finishes were 37th, 28th, 32nd and 32nd.
