Practice Group #1 Notes

Chase Briscoe – Chase Briscoe unloaded fast and moved up to the top of the leaderboard in Group #1 at about 10 laps. Briscoe looked strong.

Ty Gibbs – Ty Gibbs was logging quick lap times during his round #1 out on the track and was among the fastest. Over Group A’s first run, Gibbs had the best 5-lap average. Gibbs likes his car and said it was driving really good.

Tyler Reddick – Tyler Reddick had good speed over his opening run. Over the first run, Reddick ranked #1 for 10,15,20 and 25 lap averages.

Austin Cindric – The #2 was notably slow on the stopwatch over his first run. During his 2nd run, Austin Cindric spun. He was said to be struggling.

Joey Logano – Logano appeared to have one of the better cars in Group A. Joey Logano said he felt really good about his car during an interview.
