Ryan Blaney who started on the pole led the opening two laps.
On lap 3, Josh Berry who started in 2nd got the lead and then led the next 18 laps.
The low-line was dominant early in the race.

Big: On lap 21 while running in 14th, William Byron got into the wall after contact from the #22. Byron got into the marbles and then got into the wall again. Byron’s toe link broken, and he immediately came to pit road.
On lap 23, the first caution came out for debris.
During the first caution, Tyler Reddick is the only driver who didn’t pit which got him the lead. Bubba Wallace took two tires and it got him to the front.
Notable: During the opening caution, Erik Jones got an equipment interference penalty which dropped him to the back. He was in 16th at the time (not reflected below in the running order).

Big: On lap 32 just after the race went back to green following the first caution, Tyler Reddick who didn’t pit crashed. He was slow in the turn and Josh Berry had contact with him. While he was spinning across the track, Corey LaJoie hit the #45. Daniel Hemric, AJ Allmendinger, Zane Smith and Carson Hocevar also spun out at this time, but it didn’t look to be a big deal for any of them. Allmendinger went a lap down at this time.

On lap 110, Kyle Busch was hot on Denny Hamlin’s heels battling for the lead.
Notable: On lap 117, Kyle Busch was way off pace. His tires were completely worn out. He dropped back like a rock and was quickly back to the 20’s.

Denny Hamlin got into the wall late in Stage #1, but it ultimately wasn’t an issue. Hamlin appeared to have a tire go down.
Late in Stage #1, Ryan Blaney was mentioned to have gotten into the wall.
Notable: On lap 124 right at the end of Stage #1, Kyle Busch had a tire go down and spun out. This dropped Busch a lap down.

On lap 180 during his pit stop under caution, Ty Gibbs really liked his car.
Notable: Denny Hamlin had a really slow pit stop following the lap 176 caution. It dropped him from just outside the top ten back in into the 20’s.
