Race Notes

Joey Logano who started on the pole jumped to an early led and went on to dominate. Logano led 199 of the 200 laps.

Big: On lap 2, Kyle Busch wrecked Ricky Stenhouse Jr. They were running around the mid-teens at the time.

During the opening caution, many teams came to pit road to get the “harder” tires because they felt the softer tires would wear out. All the teams started on softer tires. Everyone pitted but Logano, Reddick, Keselowski, Buescher, Blaney and Suarez.
