Tyler Reddick who won the pole selected to start in the inside lane. Reddick led the opening 36 laps.

On lap 19, AJ Allmendinger came to pit road early for a green flag pit stop since he was so unhappy with his car. He felt like he was wrecking in every corner.

Big: During his green flag pit stop while running in 2nd prior to pitting, Chase Elliott got a “Blend line violation.”

Big: On lap 48, NASCAR gave Brad Keselowski a blend line violation. He had to do a pass thru penalty.
Big: On lap 49, Chris Buescher had some sort of tire issue and made an unexpected pit stop. That was his second tire failure of the race somehow already. It was a mysterious issue for the team.

Notable: On lap 68, Cody Ware had a flat tire and the tire carcas brought out a caution.
Brad Keselowski got back on the lead lap following the Cody Ware caution.
On lap 73 under caution for the Cody Ware flat tire, Kyle Larson came down pit road due to concerns a wheel was loose.

Big: On lap 74 during a restart lap, William Byron and AJ Allmendinger both crashed. They were running around 20th at the time. Chase Briscoe got “Squirely” in front of him which caused the accident.
During the Byron/ Allmendinger caution, race leader Kyle Busch came to pit road. He was the only front runner who came in.
