Brad Keselowski
Charlotte Roval Fantasy Outlook – At road courses, it’s typically best to just expect the worst out of Brad Keselowski these days. I don’t think he puts a lot of emphasis into this track type, and in 2025 over the combined races he has a 23.8 average finish. At the Roval, Keselowski was good in the early days but over the last five he’s 4 for 5 at finishing 18th or worse and his average finish is 18.6. Heading into the weekend, I would just look for him to be mid-pack at best.
Charlotte Roval History – At the Charlotte Roval, it’s probably wise to pencil in Brad Keselowski as a high-teens finisher if he can avoid major problems and as you read above over the last five his average finish is 18.6. Last year, Keselowski nearly escaped with a solid finish but on lap 94 while running just outside the top ten he spun out, which led to his 24th. Also earlier in the race on lap 39 while running in 4th, he was spun too! In the race, Keselowski had the 12th best Total Speed Ranking and a 15.7 average running position. In 2023, Keselowski had a pretty ugly afternoon which included missing a few turns and he finished 18th. Additionally, Keselowski had an 18.6 average running position and had the 19th best Total Speed Ranking. In 2022, Keselowski escaped with a 14th place finish. In the race, Keselowski had a 19.5 average running position and the 22nd best Total Speed Ranking.

Austin Dillon
Charlotte Roval Fantasy Outlook – I don’t see anything good coming out of picking Austin Dillon at the Charlotte Roval. He’s had some solid runs at the Roval recently, finishing between 10th to 15th in 3 of the last 4 races but fantasy racing is all about, what have you done lately, and he’s been one of the worst at road courses this year, being 4 for 5 at finishing 21st or worse, has a 27th place average finish and his Track Type Total Speed Ranking ranks 24th. If Dillon can just be mid-pack, I would consider it to be a success.
Charlotte Roval History – Austin Dillon has had some solid showings at the Charlotte Roval recently, but last year wasn’t one of them and he finished 32nd. In the race, Dillon had an eventful afternoon. He started 22nd, spun out early in Stage #2 while running just short of the top ten (pit strategy got him there), was running in the high-teens early in the final Stage, was running around 21st on lap 70 but then shortly after completing his green flag pit stop, he lost a wheel on lap 81 which resulted in a 2-lap penalty. In terms of Total Speed Rankings, Dillon ranked 24th. In 2023, Dillon finished 14th, had the 15th best Total Speed Ranking and had an 18.3 average running position. In 2022, Dillon had a legit solid showing and finished 10th. Additionally, Dillon ranked 7th for Speed Late In A Run and 9th for Total Speed Rankings. Over the three races prior to that, Dillon had finishes of 15th, 19th and 23rd.

Todd Gilliland
Charlotte Roval Fantasy Outlook – At the Charlotte Roval, I think it’s best to just have mid-pack expectations with Todd Gilliland. That’s how he performed last year and with the current form of the #34, that’s actually a little bit optimistic. This year at road courses, Gilliland ranks 34th in terms of Track Type Total Speed Rankings and in terms of the results column, he’s 4 for 5 at finishing 22nd or worse and his average finish is 24th.
Charlotte Roval History – Todd Gilliland has finished better in each new Charlotte Roval start, but going from a 30th to 18th with a 23.7 average finish isn’t exactly anything to get excited about. In terms of Next Gen Speed Rankings over the three, Gilliland ranks 27th. Last year, Gilliland finished 18th, earned the 21st best Driver Rating and ranked 22nd in terms of Total Speed Rankings. In 2023 when he was relegated to the #51, Gilliland finished 23rd, had a 23.2 average running position and the 26th best Speed Ranking. I would say that’s a pretty good afternoon given his equipment. In 2022, Gilliland finished 30th, had a 27.9 average running position and had the 32nd best Total Speed Ranking.
