Big: On lap 43, Brad Keselowski lost control coming to pit road which caused a multi-car accident to ensue. Drivers collected were Keselowski, Blaney and Busch. This marked the end of the race for Keselowski and Blaney. Bowman also got some damage at this time.

Around lap 99, a round of green flag pit stops started with Busch being the first driver coming to pit road with a tire issue. Alfredo came in by himself early too. About 10 laps later, most of the field finally came in.

Big: On lap 113, John H Nemechek spun following his pit stop. No caution came out.
