Chase Briscoe who started in 2nd in the inside lane led the opening 13 laps.
Big: Shane van Gisbergen looked really bad early. On lap 10 he reported that he needed to pit since there was a problem. On lap 11 he came to pit road. This dropped him 4-laps down.

Big: On lap 187 while leading, Chase Elliott had a slow green flag pit stop and lost the lead. It dropped him back to 5th when the green flag pit cycle ended.
Big: During his green flag pit stop, Carson Hocevar got a drive thru pit penalty. He was in 17th prior to the green flag pit cycle. It dropped him off the lead lap and back to about 30th.
